Hi Annie, nice to see everything in one place for the Weavers. We are both descended from Robert Weaver (d.1832). I actually remember by G Grandmother who moved to Aberdare (Elizabeth Weaver). Sadly I realised their row of cottages in Langport had been knocked down or I would have driven to take a look.

Hi there, I'm the great granddaughter of Sarah (cissie) Barnes. I'm so grateful for this website you've created, as I'm trying to fing pictures and details on the family.
Sending kind regards

Serina

Admin reply: Hi Serina. I've sent you a couple of emails in reply to you but I'm wondering whether they are being caught in your junk folder.

I AM RESEARCHING MY FAMILY HISTORY. WE MAY HAVE A LINK VIA EDWARD GARDINER AND WIFE HANNAH. I BELIEVE THAT THEIR DAUGHTER MARY IS MY 4TH GREAT GRANDMOTHER.

Admin reply: Hi Karen. I've sent you a couple of emails in reply to you but I'm wondering whether they are being caught in your junk folder.

Hello. Just found your very informative site. I have been tracing my husbands family tree on and off for a few years and had found GEORGE ALFORD marrying MARGARET HERN but had not gone any further. My husband descends from FRANCES ALFORD born 1776 who married a THOMAS HUNT in 1795 in High Bickington, and he still lives in Devon farming! He hasn't done a DNA yet.
Regards.

I have just purchased the Fryer family information. Could we be related? Richard Fryer 1667-1710 is my 7th great grandfather.

My wife is a Stafford.
Her 3rd Great Grandfather was Thomas Stafford born in 1792 and died in 1869.
He married Mary Hibbitt (1808-1861)
Warmest regards, Doug
